CONFIRMING A RESERVATION
To guarantee a reservation at Villa L'Aimée we require a deposit - we'll confirm the amount once you have chosen your room(s). As soon as we've received your deposit we'll email you a letter of confirmation with directions to the villa.

  • In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking, we will refund your deposit provided you can let us know at least 30 days before your intended arrival.
  • During the last 30 days we will make every effort to re-book the rooms and, if we are successful, we will return your deposit. However, if we are unable to do so, the deposit will be forfeit.
  • We advise guests to take out cancellation insurance.


Deposits, payments and booking fees
  • We can accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, Bank to bank transfers and foreign bank drafts made out as a euro cheque. UK sterling and French euro cheques. Western Union transfers. Cash: Euros.
 

  • Deposits paid through Paypal will incur a charge of 3.5% for Euro transactions and 5% for deposits made in all other currencies which will be added to your account upon departure. In the event that deposit bank wire transfers incur a charge to Villa L’Aimée this amount will be added to your account upon departure. Final payment upon departure should be in cash Euros only as, regrettably, we are unable to accept credit card or cheque payments.
